Jeff Innocent Multi award winning comedian Jeff Innocent has reached legendary status among his peers and audiences alike by staying at the top of his game for almost 3 decades.
His unique appeal lies in the contrast between his East End ‘geezer’ appearance and demeanor, and his educated, philosophical delivery and culturally relevant subject matter.
Always original, he continues to cement his position within the history of British stand up comedians with his regular performances on the UK and world live comedy circuit and has recently acquired a whole new generation of fans, through his online viral video clips.
In 2024 Jeff embarked on his debut nationwide tour ‘Smart Casual’ at the age of 68 after having been a regular headliner on the UK comedy circuit for more than 27 years.
Dave Chawner a number 1 best-selling author, award-winning stand up, presenter & mental health campaigner.
His 1st Edinburgh show, Normally Abnormal, sensitively used humour to explore his anorexic past. The show received critical acclaim, had sell-out shows and went on UK tour. As a result, the show was given an award by The UK’s Eating Disorder Charity at The Houses Of Parliament in 2014.
In 2015 Dave was asked to give a TED Talk on the topic of eating disorders. This caught the attention of a publisher and he was asked to write a book based on his experiences. This became Weight Expectations – part memoir, part self-help guide aiming to engage, entertain and educate people about anorexia.
Since then Dave has gone on to do shows about adult circumcision, veganism, philosophy and mental health.
In 2023 he won Pegasus’ Comedy Awards ‘Ongoing Comedian Of The Year’ at The Edinburgh Fringe.
Dave has been a stand-in for BBC’s Mock The Week & Channel 4’s Taskmaster and has appeared on BBC Breakfast, Good Morning Britain, ITV’s Lorraine, Jeremy Vine On 5, Radio 1, Radio 2 & Radio 4. His comedy special ‘Mental’ has recently been uploaded to ‘NextUp’
He has written for National newspapers including The Guardian, The Telegraph and Metro as well as numerous magazines including Cosmopolitan, GQ and Men’s Fitness.
Dave is patron of the award-winning Midlands based eating disorder charity First Steps, a patron of the mental health charity Recovery Assistance Dogs (AKA RAD), and a patron of Oakleaf in Guildford. He is a founding member of The Speaker’s Collective. He is Mental Health First Aid trained & a media ambassador for Mind, The Mental Health Foundation and Beat.
Catie Wilkins is an award-winning writer, comedian, children’s author and podcaster.
Catie’s first book, My Best Friend And Other Enemies was published by Nosy Crow, in 2012 to great acclaim, being selected for the Bookbuzz list of 2013, ranked at No. 1 in the Top 10 Children’s Books For Christmas by The Independent.
Catie appeared on Jon and Lucy’s Odd Couples, on Channel 4 in 2023. The TV show was hosted by Jon Richardson and Lucy Beaumont, and pitted couples against each other to be judged and analysed by relationship coach Charlene Douglas.
Catie has written for the BBC, The Independent Blog, New Humanist, Tantrum.xyz and Standard Issue Magazine. She has appeared on ITV4’s Stand Up Hero and performed her own Edinburgh Fringe shows to sell out audiences, getting nominated for the NOTBBC Best Live Comedy Show.
